Your piece sounds poetic and beautful and I caught the bit about the love shadow but rhinestone encrusted bath tubs – what’s that?
    Thanks in advance for sharing!

@clarice.lin Thanks for the kind words! Sorry you’re confused. MuzzleFlashing = cell phone photography and a 17 syllable response. I’m responding to the photo I took of a ridiculous rhinestone (like really cheap, man-made diamonds) covered bathtub that was in a window display for a store in Laguna Beach, CA. When I snapped the photo, the lettering on the window was casting the “love” shadow on that bathtub. Hope this helps! =)

Thanks for shedding the light 🙂
MuzzleFlashing – that’s something new! I just counted but I couldnt seem to get the 17 syllables..Can you share how does it works?

@clarice.lin. MuzzleFlashing is a new concept because I invented/created it when I started this blog last summer. The 17 syllable format I’m using simply follows the 5-7-5 haiku format so many people follow without being concerned about following the other detailed rules of a traditional Japanese haiku. You might check out muzzleflashing.com’s “about” page for a further explanation. As to syllables, they are units of sound in speech (ie. “water” has 2 syllables, “wa” + “ter”).
        Hope this helps!
